Does anybody know if there is a curriculum for flybrix? We are starting a drones class in our district and I want a starting point. Thanks.

  I lead Innovation Classes in Roswell GA. we're looking at the FlyBrix as platform for Inquiry / Project Based Learning. Initial idea was

   

  1) How does a quad copter fly? Research propeller pitch, diameter, material etc.

  2) How do we keep it stable? Micro adjustments on the four motors for lift, tilt, roll yaw, pitch.

  3) What can it carry? Using other Lego pieces, design and build a carrier that attaches to the FlyBrix to carry increasing loads

  4) What is benefit of 6 or 8 motors? Investigate the relationship between the above questions to battery life, loads that can be carried, stability and distance.
