Hexacopter – change airframe design

Hi all, I tried to follow the build instructions, but it is not clear for me how to change the airframe design, when building the hexacopter. I have dowloaded the Chrome app. Can someone provide some step-by-step instructions? Also, if it is important, I am using the RC controller. Thank you very much.
