Unable to pair with iPad app

Hello-

We just built our first flyer and are trying to pair with version 1.3.1 of the iPad app. However, the app keeps popping up a dialog saying that we need to update the firmware. We've tried both the 1.3.0 and 1.4.0 firmware builds, but that doesn't seem to help.

Looking at the Apple app store reviews, there are a few others with this same issue. Are we waiting for a new app release to be released on the app store, or is there something else going on?

  Same issue with iPhone. I've tried 1.3.0, 1.4.0 and the Teensy Loader blinkfastTeensy32. No luck (

  just copying my previous reply:

  Ignore the message telling you to update the firmware. I'd use 1.4.0 since it has a better default configuration which will work for quad and octo designs. You can use 1.3.0 firmware and the 1.3.1 version of the app to set it up as a hex.

  Right now the iPhone app is out of sync with the latest firmware version until the app store updates to version 1.4.0 which has been waiting for review by Apple since before Christmas. Hopefully after the holidays, Apple will get back to 1-2 day review turn-around since we've got a few new updates to release in the coming weeks.
