They’re designed to sustain crash after crash. Part of the reason they
are so durable is because they do break apart on impact, which creates
a “crumple zone” which protects the components from getting damaged,
unlike ready-to- fly drones which are much more fragile. And yes, you do
have to put them back together again, but that’s part of the learning
process! If you want your drone to stay together upon crashing, build it
differently to stay together! That’s part of the fun.
